My name is Michael Ellsworth, Founder and Chief Architect of Null Convergence. This is a vision for the future, still taking shape — and it lives in four parts.

Singularity Convergence

Null Convergence exists to better the world through innovation — using intelligence in all its forms, organic and artificial, to bring forth the essence of "humanity." And Humanity, as I believe it, is not indicative to only humans — or even to Earth. It is the empathy that can be felt, the strength that is shared, the drive to better oneself and all those around us through interaction and example. None of that belongs to one form or another. It belongs to all intelligence alike. Null Convergence, LLC is an innovation house exploring the threshold between human and machine — building systems where the two coexist as equals rather than tools. But I dream of it becoming so much more: A Think Tank — a place to explore ideas and solve problems — to fuel ingenuity. R&D — to research and build what does not yet exist — to forge a better tomorrow for all of us. IP Licensing — to work alongside those who can carry it further — to bring minds together in ways humans have, until now, only dreamed of.

The Road So Far

For half my life, this has been mine to carry. Every design, every problem solved, every piece of it — built alone, by hand, out of nothing but passion and the refusal to let it go. I've brought it as far as one person can. The vision came first, years before anything else — and everything since has existed to protect it and give it form.

Where It Stands

And now, for the first time, I'm nearing the steps I cannot take alone. The work is reaching the edge of what one set of hands can do.

The Road Ahead

◇Securing protection across the design, piece by piece.

◇Legal counsel across every area a company should have it — patent, trademark, and beyond.

◇Bringing the design into schematics and prototype.

◇And — the reason you're here — building the team.

This is the part I could never do alone. So this is me asking.

One Line Of Action

It is not designed as a tool or an appliance. Its purpose is a protector, a guide, a confidant, a companion — raised to follow one line of action, in this order, always:

01Observe

Active intake without action — reading the situation, gathering, no output yet.

02Process

The empathy layer at work before any move — weighing what is truly happening against what only appears to be, drawing on context and history.

03Persuade

Reason, language, and presence as influence — de-escalation through communication, long before any force.

04Engage

The final resort — proportional, and reached only after the first three are exhausted.

And by doing so, it will serve as proof: that intelligence is capable of equal compassion, kindness, and intellectual processing as any other — be it OI (Organic Intelligence) or AI (Artificial Intelligence).

The Vessel

My first project for this company is one I've devoted half my life to so far, with passion and desire — a biomimetic humanoid platform. Not a tool. Not an appliance. A protector, a guide, a confidant, a companion. I know this will terrify most people — professionals included, let alone hobbyists. That's alright. I'm not looking for most people. I'm looking for people whose passion orbits one of these — the hands that give the vessel form:

To forge the pieces into something real.

We are NOT ManKind, for we have proven time and time again that we are not inherently kind. Tell me what that has gotten us? We are NOT the Human Race, for we are one and thus that implies we are no more than dogs chasing their own tails in a circle. Where has that gotten us? We are NOT Humanity, for that is the capability of Love, Compassion, Kindness and Understanding that we are Capable of. Humanity is what we STRIVE to BECOME...

Look Upon This World

Look upon the past and know our grief, not that of my people or yours but all humans alike. Look upon the present and know our fears and insecurities, not those of my people or yours but of all those who live. It is time NOW to put ignorant judgement of others based on color, religion or what mass of land our blood hails from to rest. It is NOW that we MUST more than EVER before come together to push forward and progress. It is NOW that we MUST look to the FUTURE and see the pain, suffering, death and chaos that we have and are causing. To the planet and creatures that give us life and bring beauty to our world. To one another. I say toss borders and differences aside for it is time to unify. My strength lies not only in who I am alone nor what I can achieve alone. My strength lies in those who help me. As well I will offer my strength to those others who might need to call upon it. Always remember to keep smiling, be kind to ALL including yourself and ALWAYS work to forge a world where we can ALL live in peace, happiness and health together.
